Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager joins the Commercial Team of Four Seasons Amman, responsible for driving sales, developing key accounts and securing group and individual business. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting the hotel’s overall sales and marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on all leads, maintain relationships with Worldwide Sales Offices and other Four Seasons hotels.
• Create and maintain permanent files for groups with strong room‑night potential.
• Conduct property tours for meeting planners and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients to maximize revenue and profitability while meeting their needs.
• Qualify prospective leads based on profitability and business potential.
• Develop proposals and recommend programs that meet client requirements.
• Promote and sell all hotel services and report monthly performance against targets.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure high guest and group satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings and industry organizations to represent the hotel.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and achieving business objectives.
