About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Sales Recovery Specialist focused on pet supplements. You will reconnect with customers who abandoned their carts, guide them to the right product, and turn hesitation into completed purchases—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to customers who experienced issues or left items in their cart and re‑engage them to complete the purchase.
• Educate pet owners on the most suitable supplements for their dogs, answering questions with clarity and care.
• Convert warm leads into sales by building trust, handling objections, and reinforcing product value.
• Help grow a loyal customer base by turning near‑buyers into repeat purchasers.
• Collaborate with the management team and use provided training resources to master Tribe’s sales approach.
• Maintain ethical sales practices, adhering to all regulatory requirements and brand standards.

Required profile

• Highly driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales performance.
• Passion or background in health, wellness, or pet care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and guide customers through the buying process.
