SAP Functional Trainer – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Trainer to join a leading retail group undergoing an SAP S/4 Hana transformation. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality training for finance and accounting users of SAP S/4 Hana.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs on SAP S/4 Hana finance modules (FI‑CO).
• Create engaging training materials using tools such as WalkMe and Articulate 360.
• Conduct classroom or virtual sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring clear understanding of finance processes.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback to improve adoption.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to align training with project milestones.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering training on SAP S/4 Hana.
• Strong background in SAP FI‑CO or other finance modules.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and adapt to varied audience needs.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
