Security Manager

About the role

As a Security Manager within our hotel, you will lead the security team to ensure the safety of guests, employees and property while delivering the warm hospitality experience our brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise and mentor security team members; conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect guests, staff and assets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and brand standards.
• Oversee security patrols, identify potential risks and take proactive measures to maintain a safe environment.
• Support investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss and policy violations, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.
• Manage on‑site emergency responses, including fires, medical incidents and safety hazards, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Maintain liaison with local, state and federal law‑enforcement agencies on security matters.
• Review and maintain security reports, incident records and compliance documentation.
• Assist with duty manager duties as needed, ensuring overall hotel safety and operational standards.
