Senior Business Analyst - Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Solutions delivery teams. The role involves full‑cycle business analysis on complex software projects for enterprise and government clients across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases, facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and site visits to define scope and baseline.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables such as BRDs, SRS, user stories with acceptance criteria, BPMN process flows, integration mapping and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, data and QC teams to ensure technical feasibility and provide estimations.
• Support implementation, attend demos and UAT sessions, and manage risks, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate with vendor BAs, mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of business analysis experience, at least 2 years at senior level on software development projects.
• Proven ability to work in hybrid, Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in Standard Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong facilitation, workshop and presentation skills.
