Senior HR – Immediate Hiring (Amman)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior HR professional to join our Amman office immediately. The role will support the entire HR lifecycle, with a focus on recruiting sales, IT and marketing talent, as well as delivering training and HR operations for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for sales, IT and marketing positions, ensuring high‑quality hires.
• Design and deliver training programmes to develop employee skills and improve performance.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and payroll coordination.
• Provide direct administrative support to senior management and maintain office administration tasks.
• Analyse turnover data and implement strategies to reduce employee attrition.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience across core HR functions.
• Proven track record hiring for sales, IT and marketing roles.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations and support senior leadership.
