Senior Marketing Executive – Tenants Vertical

About the role

Careem is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead the marketing function for the Tenants vertical, a fast‑growing business line within Careem Ventures. Based in Amman and serving the UAE and Jordan markets, you will own end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and performance measurement, working closely with country and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vertical marketing strategy for Tenants across the UAE and Jordan, aligned with Ventures and broader business objectives.
• Build and execute go‑to‑market and always‑on plans covering brand, performance, lifecycle, and partnership marketing.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data‑informed, multi‑channel campaigns (digital, performance, CRM, social, offline/BTL).
• Localize messaging and strategy to reflect the distinct dynamics of the UAE and Jordan markets.
• Partner cross‑functionally with product, growth, operations, and country teams to align marketing with business priorities and launch plans.
• Manage the vertical’s marketing budget, track ROI, and optimise spend across channels and markets.
• Define and report on key marketing and growth KPIs, delivering performance insights to Ventures leadership.
• Brief, manage, and evaluate external agencies and partners – creative, media, and PR – as needed.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to continuously sharpen strategy.
