Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Senior Marketing Officer to join our team in Amman. You will support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and manage social‑media and digital initiatives for our real‑estate and retail projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies across digital, PR, social media, and on‑ground activations.
• Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns on social‑media platforms.
• Lead client communications, presentations, reporting and campaign follow‑ups.
• Manage timelines, budgets, creative briefs and deliverables to ensure ROI.
• Collaborate with design, content and production teams to create high‑performing assets.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or campaign management.
• Strong experience in social‑media advertising, campaign planning, content direction and remarketing strategies.
• Experience with email‑marketing platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and reporting skills.
