Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead mechanical design activities across multidisciplinary projects in Amman. You will mentor engineers, own HVAC, plumbing and fire‑protection deliverables, and drive BIM coordination and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing and fire‑protection systems on complex projects.
• Guide and mentor a high‑performing engineering team, fostering collaboration.
• Drive BIM coordination using Revit MEP, Navisworks and ISO 19650 standards.
• Plan workloads, set priorities and keep projects moving forward.
• Identify inefficient processes, propose improvements and ensure design quality.

Required profile

• Solid experience in mechanical engineering design and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of international and Saudi engineering codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, SBC, etc.).
• Ability to manage people, priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
