Senior Paid Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join Nebo’s growing team. You will lead the paid media strategy for multiple clients while staying hands‑on with campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Paid Media subject‑matter expert and develop, execute, manage, and report on paid media strategies.
• Lead strategic planning sessions, team meetings, and one‑on‑one performance reviews.
• Review deliverables, provide feedback, and assist in new‑business pitches.
• Create and deliver internal training resources and educational initiatives for the paid media team.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with vendors, agency partners, and other departments to build integrated digital marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and video campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets across multiple digital channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical research, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
