Senior Presales Engineer – Enterprise & End‑User Solutions

About the role

The Senior Presales Engineer – Enterprise & End‑User Solutions designs, positions, and supports complex infrastructure and end‑user computing solutions for regional customers. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the role partners with sales, vendors, and delivery teams throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high‑level designs, solution architecture documents, technical proposals, Bill of Materials and compliance matrices.
• Respond to RFP/RFI/RFQ, perform solution sizing, architecture validation and technical assessments for large‑scale environments.
• Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demos and architecture discussions for enterprise and government accounts.
• Design and position solutions across servers (rack, blade, hyper‑converged), SAN/NAS/SDS storage, virtualization platforms, HCI, backup and disaster‑recovery.
• Support hybrid and private cloud initiatives, including container platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Develop VDI, desktop virtualization, unified endpoint management (UEM), collaboration tools, and OS deployment strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors for design validation, technical alignment and pricing support, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in solution architecture and presales for enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong experience engaging with enterprise and government customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to lead proof‑of‑concepts, technical evaluations and customer workshops.
• Excellent collaboration skills with sales, delivery and vendor partners.
