Senior Project Manager - Wellness Technology

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead both business development and project delivery for our wellness technology solutions. The role is fully remote and focuses on acquiring enterprise and government clients across the GCC while ensuring successful end‑to‑end program implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture relationships with enterprise and government clients in KSA and the wider GCC.
• Drive the sales pipeline from outreach to signed contracts, preparing tailored presentations and proposals for HR and C‑suite audiences.
• Oversee full program deployment, from onboarding through steady‑state operations, creating project plans, timelines, and accountability frameworks.
• Serve as the primary post‑sale contact, delivering progress reports, impact summaries, and ROI documentation.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies and translate client feedback into internal improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business development, or client delivery.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (Arabic preferred).
• Experience working with clients in KSA or the GCC and familiarity with employee wellbeing or HR services.
