Showroom Merchandiser

About the role

The Showroom Merchandiser is responsible for creating an organized, visually appealing, and well‑stocked showroom that enhances the customer experience and drives sales. Working closely with the showroom and sales teams, this role ensures products are displayed according to visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own showroom shelving, product display, and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing showroom environment.
• Implement seasonal displays, promotions, and new product launches in coordination with the design team.
• Optimize product placement based on customer flow and buying behavior.
• Conduct regular checks for pricing, labeling, and product placement accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing incoming stock.
• Identify fast‑moving and slow‑moving items and report insights to management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high‑demand items are always available.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in retail, home décor, or lifestyle products.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising practices.
