Site Supervisor – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out

About the role

LEO Design House is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead joinery, furniture, and interior fit‑out works on a high‑end project in Amman. The role involves hands‑on supervision, quality inspection, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation and execution of joinery, furniture, and interior fit‑out works on site.
• Inspect completed works against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct snagging, identify defects and follow up until all issues are resolved.
• Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, engineers, suppliers and project management.
• Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, dimensions, alignment, materials and installation details.
• Handle site issues efficiently and provide practical solutions.
• Communicate professionally with clients and consultants during site visits, inspections and handovers.
• Track project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Prepare and report site observations, outstanding works and required corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in joinery, furniture, interior fit‑out or decorative works.
• Strong knowledge of woodwork, joinery installation, furniture finishes and interior detailing.
• Excellent inspection, snagging and hand‑over procedures.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Professional, presentable and confident when dealing with clients.
• Strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical details.
• Valid driving licence and own car.
• Based in or able to work in Amman, Jordan.
• Experience with luxury furniture, high‑end residential or premium interior fit‑out projects is highly preferred.
