Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will lead Alpha Platform’s presence on key social networks, creating and publishing content that reflects the company’s educational mission. Based in Amman, this full-time, on-site position works closely with the content and marketing teams to drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and publish posts, short videos and stories across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute multi-channel social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze audience behavior and optimise content for reach and conversion.
• Respond to comments and messages to nurture an active online community.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media and digital marketing, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Ability to create multimedia assets using tools like Capcut.
• Experience crafting copy and visual content tailored to different platforms.
