Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman. You will plan, create and publish engaging social media content to promote AutoBeeb’s brand, services and automotive listings, while managing daily posting schedules and monitoring performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns across major platforms, aligning them with broader digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize content for reach and engagement, and generate leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages.
• Prepare campaign reports and conduct performance analysis.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience creating and executing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Relevant experience in the automotive industry or e‑commerce platforms is a plus.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
