About the role

Centric Prime is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage both organic and paid social media activities for a client. The role involves creating engaging content, launching ad campaigns, growing online communities, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging video, image, and post content while staying on top of viral trends.
• Produce video presentations tailored to client needs.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
• Maintain a social media calendar and schedule posts.
• Design in‑app stories to boost engagement.
• Manage client social media accounts, ensuring consistent quality and interaction.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Utilize AI marketing tools for automation, content creation, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive visuals and messaging.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and expand the client’s social presence.
• Stay updated on social media, AI marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in managing campaign budgets and allocate resources for maximum ROI.
• Deliver regular performance reports to the client and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist managing both paid and organic campaigns.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, data analysis, or campaign optimization.
• Strong video presentation skills; comfortable speaking on camera and producing engaging video content.
