About the role
XO Textile and More is seeking a full‑time Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead its online presence. The position is remote‑first with a hybrid setup based in Amman, allowing occasional on‑site collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise social media campaigns across major platforms.
- Create engaging visual and written content that aligns with the brand voice.
- Maintain daily posting schedules and monitor performance metrics.
- Respond to audience messages and comments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions and broader digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends and propose new ideas to boost reach and conversions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in retail or textiles.
- Familiarity with the Amman and regional markets.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.
