Social Media Officer

About the role

The Social Media Officer will be the primary point of contact for customers across our digital channels. You will ensure timely, professional communication and help build a positive online community for our printing and promotional products brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communications on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Respond to comments, direct messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on requests and coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate responses.
• Collaborate with internal departments to keep messaging consistent with brand goals.
• Support the execution and monitoring of organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Track audience engagement and maintain positive interactions.
• Prepare regular performance summaries and reports on social media activity.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
