System Administrator – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator to join our Riyadh team. The role involves designing, implementing and managing enterprise IT architectures, ensuring high availability, scalability and cost‑effectiveness of our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex software automation architecture and white‑boarding sessions.
• Design technical and integration architectures covering development, runtime and operations.
• Develop coding standards, documentation and detailed technical specifications.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, release environments and DevSecOps practices.
• Build and improve continuous integration and deployment environments for SaaS, PaaS and micro‑services.
• Support installation, optimization, backup, recovery and upgrades of IT systems.
• Collaborate with application teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Automate software deployment and infrastructure management using tools such as TANZO and OpenShift.
• Maintain system documentation and enforce security best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in DevOps or System Administration.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and large‑scale SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, highly available architectures.
• Leadership and mentoring skills for DevOps team members.
