Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

veeplex is a system integrator that helps organizations integrate functions across their operations through digital transformation solutions. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer based in Amman, Jordan. The engineer works closely with prospects and customers to understand their business needs, demonstrate solution capabilities and design integrated digital transformation proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospects and customers.
• Respond to RFPs and technical inquiries.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and implementation teams to gather requirements accurately, design solutions and ensure smooth deployment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of veeplex offerings and relevant technologies to advise clients and support long-term relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in system integration, digital transformation or enterprise software solutions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements, turn them into technical solutions and document specifications.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage for customer interactions in the region.

• Sales and technical sales skills to identify opportunities, build relationships and close deals.
• Sales engineering and technical support skills to design solutions, deliver demos and assist with implementation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
