Telesales Manager – EdTech (Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Telesales Manager to lead our sales department in Amman. You will shape and execute the telesales strategy for 51Talk, a global online English education platform, and drive revenue growth as we expand in Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive telesales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage daily operations of the sales floor, supervising Team Leads and Course Consultants to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Analyse data to forecast sales trends, report pipeline health to senior management and adjust tactics based on market feedback.
• Design and optimise sales workflows, CRM utilisation (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SOPs to maximise conversion rates and minimise lead leakage.
• Set KPIs and commission structures, monitor performance and hold Team Leads accountable for results.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations and Customer Success to improve lead quality and ensure a seamless customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in telesales or customer acquisition, with at least 3 years managing teams of 30+ staff.
• Proven track record in the EdTech or B2C sector is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking, budgeting and sales‑forecasting abilities.
• Native‑level Arabic and professional fluency in English.
