Testing & Commissioning Foreman

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Testing & Commissioning Foreman to lead the commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on high‑profile projects across the UAE. The role is on‑site and requires relocation, offering the chance to work with a leading GCC construction firm.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily commissioning activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low‑voltage systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and commissioning agents to execute detailed commissioning plans.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance during installation and testing.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning schedules, progress reports, and related documentation.
• Conduct system tests, inspections, and troubleshooting, resolving any deficiencies.
• Enforce safety protocols, codes, and standards on site.
• Lead and supervise commissioning technicians and tradespeople.
• Support final handover, including O&M manuals, training sessions, and client demonstrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low‑voltage systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage on‑site commissioning activities.
