User Management Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a User Management Advisor to oversee a portfolio of VIP users in the Levant region. The role focuses on driving engagement, satisfaction and long‑term growth by providing personalized support and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of VIP users through official communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding user needs and delivering tailored assistance.
• Analyse user behaviour, recharge performance and engagement trends using analytical tools to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and present data‑driven recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Support and other teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall user experience.
• Design and execute engagement and retention initiatives that increase loyalty and platform activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, customer success or VIP user management, preferably in the livestream industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in different shifts and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities.
