Valuations Executive – Business Modeling

About the role

EY Parthenon is seeking a Valuations Executive to support clients with strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value documentation. The role offers exposure to a variety of engagements, mentorship and formal learning opportunities within the Strategy & Transactions practice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuation calculations and analyses for client engagements.
• Research and analyse target industries and comparable quoted companies.
• Prepare and draft presentations, reports and valuation opinions.
• Respond to day‑to‑day client queries and participate in internal and external meetings.
• Contribute to internal projects and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional valuation or business modelling experience.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver projects on time.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Motivation to seek regular feedback and pursue continuous learning.

Required skills

• Financial modeling, including building models from scratch.
• Valuation techniques and documentation.
