About the role
The Venue Manager will lead the Lebanese cuisine outlet within an Accor property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. This role combines team leadership, financial oversight, and close collaboration with the Food & Beverage department to drive revenue and uphold brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service consistently.
- Lead and manage the F&B outlet team, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of F&B colleagues.
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs, conducting regular departmental meetings.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage teams to implement revenue‑maximising strategies, promotions, and practices.
- Maintain full knowledge of outlet menus and manage the departmental budget.
- Enforce outlet policies, procedures, safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications.
- University or college degree in a related discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and as part of a team.
