Visa & Ticketing Internship

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site internship supports the Visa & Ticketing team at Guarantee Travel Group in Amman. You will gain hands‑on experience processing visa applications and handling flight reservations while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with processing visa applications, preparing supporting documentation, and coordinating with embassies and consulates.
• Handle flight reservations, issue tickets, and update booking records.
• Support ticket sales activities and communicate travel options, visa requirements, and booking procedures to customers.
• Maintain accurate files, follow company policies and industry regulations, and collaborate with the travel operations team.

Required profile

• Interest in travel management, visa processes, and airline ticketing; current student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn reservation or GDS systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
