Account Manager

About the role

Club Feast is seeking a proactive Account Manager to serve both existing and prospective corporate clients. In this fully remote position you will act as the primary point of contact, helping clients with all of their food service needs and ensuring a seamless catering experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current corporate accounts.
• Identify and acquire new clients across various industries.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate food orders with internal operations.
• Provide timely and accurate communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• Educational background including A‑levels, SATs, AP or IB qualifications.
• Strong sales orientation with a client‑first mindset.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven attitude suitable for a remote work environment.
