About the role

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and client expectations are met with high quality and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including creative and performance—to develop and launch marketing campaigns.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope and budget.
Work with clients to craft marketing strategies that align with their business objectives and provide strategic insights.
Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators, and deliver data‑driven recommendations for optimization.
