Accountant – Intercompany Reconciliation

About the role

As an Accountant at Aramex, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of intercompany accounting records across all Aramex stations. You will act as the single point of contact for assigned stations, handling transaction processing, invoice verification and monthly reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record all intercompany invoices in the company’s financial system.
• Verify station invoices, issue debit/credit notes and confirm financial transactions with stations.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance confirmations for each station.
• Coordinate with the accounting manager and team leader to settle balances and close the month on schedule.
• Continuously follow up with stations to resolve pending cases and ensure timely case closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
