Agency Management Advisor

About the role

The Agency Management Advisor will act as the primary liaison between Bigo Live and its partner agencies across the live‑streaming ecosystem. You will nurture existing relationships, drive new collaborations, and ensure agencies receive the support needed to achieve their performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies providing live‑streaming services.
• Collaborate with agencies to understand their needs, goals and budgets.
• Prepare daily or weekly performance reports, monitor agency metrics and address issues to ensure high satisfaction.
• Proactively reach out to potential agencies, promote Bigo Live services and establish new partnerships.
• Execute process‑based tasks such as agency recruitment, and removal of agencies or hosts.
• Create and distribute event announcements, supporting event promotion to increase reach and awareness.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong service mindset and accountability.
• Excellent understanding and communication abilities.
• Quick learner capable of mastering new knowledge, skills and tasks rapidly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and its common functions.
• Strong data processing and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
