About the role

We are looking for an Agency Management Advisor who speaks Turkish to lead the development and maintenance of live‑streaming resources in the Turkish‑speaking market. You will work closely with agencies, influencers and content creators to meet our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deepen live‑streaming resources for the Turkish market, expanding cooperation with agencies, influencers and content creators.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships, monitor compliance and handle escalations.
  • Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to identify trends, policies and opportunities in the live‑broadcast sector.
  • Collect, analyse and interpret agency data to provide data‑driven solutions and optimise content promotion and revenue growth.

Required profile

  • Fluent in English and Turkish (spoken Turkish is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience delivering client‑focused solutions.
  • Goal‑oriented, detail‑oriented, quick learner and able to work under pressure.
