AI Filmmaking Instructor

About the role

PG Academy is seeking an experienced AI Filmmaking Instructor to lead its new AI Filmmaking specialization. The role combines hands‑on teaching of AI‑driven video production with mentorship of student projects from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Teach AI‑native filmmaking workflows, generative video AI cinematography, and visual directing.
• Guide students through prompt‑to‑shot techniques, character and scene consistency, and AI‑assisted production and post‑production processes.
• Supervise student films from concept through final delivery, providing creative and technical feedback.
• Continuously evolve the Academy’s curriculum to reflect rapid advances in generative video technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in directing, cinematography, commercial production, or related fields.
• Strong filmmaking fundamentals and a professional reel demonstrating expertise.
• Proven AI‑assisted filmmaking work and fluency with multiple generative‑video platforms.
• Experience mentoring creative teams and guiding collaborative projects.
