AI Solutions Manager

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, AI Solution to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide artificial intelligence architecture. The role will be based in Amman, Jordan and will support the company’s digital transformation across manufacturing, R&D, supply chain and other business domains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise AI technical architecture framework, including reference architectures, design patterns, integration blueprints and technology standards for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate with the Architecture advisory board to align the AI roadmap with Hikma’s overall digital strategy and enterprise IT principles.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks and platforms and provide recommendations to senior IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead architectural governance for all AI initiatives, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory and scalability requirements.
• Define and maintain the AI technology stack, covering cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP), MLOps platforms, data platforms and integration middleware.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions for manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs, R&D, commercial, supply chain, HR and finance.
• Produce architecture deliverables such as solution design documents, ADRs, technical specifications, data flow diagrams and integration blueprints.
• Guide AI developers in translating designs into production-ready solutions and conduct technical design reviews.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in designing and governing enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud and on-premises AI services and integration patterns.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
