Analyzer Service Engineer

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking an Analyzer Service Engineer to provide advanced product and service support to internal and external customers. You will act as a technical point of contact, ensuring compliance, diagnosing faults, and delivering value‑added solutions across our industrial automation portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed product and service information, answering complex customer queries.
• Handle advanced issue escalations, securing managerial approvals when needed.
• Identify and report non‑compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory codes.
• Diagnose faults, isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Conduct sales calls and meetings, presenting standard materials and clarifying customer needs.
• Lead periodic health‑check meetings with key customers to maximize product/service value.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities during service interactions.
• Continuously develop personal capabilities through training, certifications, and industry research.
