Architectural Manager (Project Manager)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Manager to lead the fit‑out and finishing of more than 30 residential apartments. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from detailed planning to final handover, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the full fit‑out process for multiple residential units simultaneously.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, site workflows and handover timelines for each apartment.
• Allocate tasks to architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring performance and accountability.
• Coordinate all architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, flooring, ceiling, painting, lighting, furniture and finishing works.
• Review drawings, specifications, material approvals, BOQs, samples and contractor submissions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality and safety standards.
• Lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with engineers, contractors and site teams.
• Identify delays or risks early and implement practical recovery plans.
• Monitor budgets, variations, payments and procurement status, preparing progress and handover reports.
• Establish operating procedures to improve productivity, communication and quality control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in fit‑out, construction or residential development projects.
• Proven ability to lead engineers, contractors and multiple site teams on large multi‑unit projects.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent communication in professional English; Arabic is a plus.
