ASP.NET Developer – EMIS Premises Module (Consultant)

About the role

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) is seeking an experienced ASP.NET Developer to support the EMIS Premises Module, a key component of its Education Management Information System. The consultant will work on digitising school infrastructure data, ensuring the system is robust, secure, and user‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update web pages using ASP.NET.
• Maintain and enhance system functionality, including creating and updating reports.
• Develop and maintain web APIs for data exchange.
• Provide daily support, analyse system requirements and implement bug fixes.
• Conduct quality assurance and security testing of new or updated pages.
• Review code, ensure compliance with security standards, and produce technical documentation and user manuals.
• Submit a monthly progress report with a backlog tracker.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development with ASP.NET and MS SQL Server.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
