QA Engineer – Manual & Automated Testing

About the role

Arkan Tech is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of its web and software applications. You will work closely with developers and product teams to deliver robust e‑commerce solutions that streamline inventory, procurement, order fulfilment and more.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing for web and software applications.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and comprehensive test plans.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and software issues using test management tools.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce defects and verify fixes.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Test APIs and backend functionality when required.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and overall product quality.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
