Assistant Club Lounge Manager

About the role

The Assistant Club Lounge Manager supports the Club Lounge team in delivering exceptional service to guests. Working closely with management, you will help maintain high standards of appearance, safety, and operational efficiency in a busy hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a cohesive team to meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and correct any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the area.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and report safety concerns.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
