Assistant HR Manager

About the role

Kerten Hospitality is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support HR operations at its Cloud 7 Residence in Aqaba, Jordan. The role will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth delivery of HR services across the hospitality property, which includes 75 fully serviced residences, a presidential villa and a vibrant ecosystem of dining, retail and leisure. Kerten Hospitality is an end‑to‑end lifestyle hospitality operator focused on sustainability, community‑centric destinations and innovative experiences. The successful candidate will contribute to the company’s ESG‑driven mission while supporting a dynamic, waterfront destination that blends residential comfort with active leisure.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in managing day‑to‑day Human Resources operations and ensuring smooth delivery of HR services.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, orientation and off‑boarding processes.
• Assist employee‑relations matters, address employee queries and help resolve workplace concerns confidentially.
• Help with performance management, probation reviews, employee engagement and talent‑development initiatives.
