Employee Experience Specialist - EMEA

About the role

RemotePass is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to support its rapidly expanding operations across the EMEA region. You will be the primary point of contact for employee queries, ensuring smooth onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR support in a fast‑growing, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions via the ticketing system, especially regarding onboarding and HR support.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams such as Payroll, Legal, and Employee Experience when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows for new hires across EMEA, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with mobility tasks, including relocations, document management, and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ticket status in platforms like Monday.com and Dropbox.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, or global employment support.
• Proven ability to work in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and a detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable managing cross‑border employment processes and stakeholder communication across multiple time zones.
