People Operations Specialist (6‑month contract)

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated People Operations Specialist on a six‑month contract to support its regional HR team. The role focuses on delivering HR administration and first‑line advisory services across Jordan, Qatar, and Kuwait, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records, process documentation, and generate standard HR reports.
• Provide first‑line advisory support on policy guidance, absence management, exits, and performance conduct.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, organizational standards, and corporate regulations, escalating complex issues when needed.

Required profile

• Foundational experience in HR administration and systems data management with high precision.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance frameworks for Jordan, Qatar, and/or Kuwait.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and collaboration skills, including experience with employee representatives.
• Professional HR certification and fluency in English and Arabic (French a plus).
