About the role
EFS Facility Management is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead HR operations and align people strategies with business objectives. The role will support workforce growth, employee well‑being, compliance and a high‑performance culture in a fast‑paced facilities management and construction environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end HR operations in line with organisational goals.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational development and people initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition across all functions.
- Manage manpower planning for large‑scale operations.
- Administer compensation, benefits and salary benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
- Coordinate monthly payroll with Finance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support incentive programmes and employee benefits administration.
- Drive HR digital transformation, optimise HRMS and automate reporting.
- Monitor HR metrics, dashboards and analytics for data‑driven decisions.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and reporting systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations and business partnering.
- Prior experience in facilities management, construction or related industries.
- Proven track record managing HR for a workforce of 500+ employees.
- Deep knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll and HR compliance.
- Experience thriving in fast‑paced, multicultural operational settings.

- HR analytics and reporting automation tools.
