Assistant Project Manager

About the role

Egis is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of complex infrastructure and building projects across the Middle East. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will help coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in day‑to‑day project management activities.
• Coordinate design consultants and client representatives, tracking programme milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Support scope management, change requests, and risk register updates.
• Organise multidisciplinary design reviews and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor consultant performance against contractual obligations.
• Review design deliverables for completeness and compliance.
• Assist with procurement, technical evaluations, and contract administration.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
• Ensure proper document control and quality assurance procedures.
• Support construction phase activities such as RFI responses and progress tracking.
• Contribute to project close‑out, handover documentation, lessons learned, and final reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
