Associate Manager – Private Label Commercial

About the role

The Associate Manager – Private Label Commercial supports MAF Retail’s store network by driving sourcing, merchandising, and sales development for private‑label products. You will work closely with store teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure product availability, visual appeal, and brand visibility at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with store teams to execute planograms, maintain merchandising standards, and guarantee full product availability.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure timely deliveries, maintain accurate inventory, and support demand forecasting.
• Develop and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual merchandising and buying plans, monitoring budgets and category performance.
• Oversee pricing procedures, promote best‑selling items, and ensure strategic placement in key store locations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, branding elements, and equipment condition.
• Deliver training workshops, create merchandising manuals, and scout trade shows for new ideas.
• Work with marketing on promotional leaflets and campaign execution.
• Partner with replenishment teams to align store layouts with inventory levels and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a category, private‑label, or commercial role.
• Strong planning, organizational, and project‑management capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of product, category, and brand management with strong industry awareness.
• Proficiency in sourcing private‑label production channels.

Required skills

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiency.
