Associate Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist

About the role

As an Associate Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist within Deloitte’s HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC), you will manage the full lifecycle of employee entry and exit for the assigned region in Jordan. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, the Public Relations Officer and other internal partners to ensure smooth, compliant transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Services to receive new joiner information and share the onboarding checklist.
• Assist new joiners in completing onboarding tasks, answer queries, and collect required documents both physically and electronically.
• Liaise with the Public Relations Officer to handle immigration paperwork, visa issuance and cancellation, and support family member immigration requests.
• Facilitate the provisioning of company assets, accounts and other joining formalities.
• Manage exit processes, including ticket resolution on ServiceNow, distribution of exit checklists, and coordination of visa cancellations.
• Evaluate eligibility for the Deloitte Middle East Alumni program and communicate enrollment details.
• Prepare periodic status reports on onboarding and offboarding activities for each business line using predefined templates.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with new joiners, internal teams and external agencies.
• Organizational capability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Understanding of immigration and visa procedures in the region.

Required skills

• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
