At Your Service Agent - Operator

About the role

The At Your Service Agent – Operator provides front‑line support to guests by handling inquiries, requests, and communications through phone, email, chat and mobile devices. This full‑time position ensures guests receive prompt, courteous service and accurate information about the property and local area.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, record and process guest requests, questions and concerns via telephone, email, chat and mobile platforms.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake‑up call requests and direct calls to the appropriate extensions.
• Log all guest requests in the computer system, coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., bellperson, housekeeping) and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Provide information on room features, hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process room‑service orders, advise on menu selections and record transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist guests with internet access and in‑room entertainment systems.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to read and verify information in various formats.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb throughout the shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
