Audit Graduate – Assurance

About the role

Join EY's Assurance service line as an Audit Graduate and contribute to external audit engagements for a variety of clients. You will work alongside experienced professionals, applying audit standards to ensure transparent and reliable financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in external audit assignments, testing controls and verifying financial statement accuracy.
• Document audit procedures and findings in accordance with applicable financial reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess financial accounting processes, including close, planning, and budgeting.
• Develop insights and observations that add value to client engagements.
• Engage in continuous learning through EY’s coaching and training programs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 18 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with a curiosity for problem‑solving.
• Purpose‑driven and inclusive attitude, embracing diverse perspectives.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to ask insightful questions.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of auditing principles and standards.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to analyse and document financial accounting processes.
