About the role

Join EY’s Assurance service line in Amman as an Audit Graduate. You will work on external audit engagements, helping clients achieve transparent and reliable financial reporting while developing your professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures and document findings for client engagements.
• Assess the fairness of financial statements in line with applicable reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior auditors to plan, execute, and finalize audit projects.
• Prepare audit workpapers and support the preparation of audit reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 18 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with curiosity and purpose‑driven attitude.
• Inclusive approach that values diverse perspectives.
• National of Jordan, as only nationals will be considered.
