BIM Coordinator – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to lead Building Information Modeling activities on large-scale infrastructure projects across the Middle East, based in Amman. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring BIM standards are applied, and delivering high-quality 3D models for roads, utilities, rail and bridge projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows for infrastructure projects.
• Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and optimise designs using advanced BIM software.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet BIM model requirements and project deadlines.
• Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members.
• Create high-quality 3D visualisations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for BIM deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in infrastructure design and construction.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in KSA, Dubai and the UAE.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience delivering infrastructure projects using BIM.
• Proven expertise with ISO 19650 standards.
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, visualisation techniques and infrastructure design principles.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
